If you would like to watch the 2018 West Port High School Graduation via Livestream, please click on the link below. We will start streaming from the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at 4:00 PM and continue through the Procession and Graduation until the ceremony is concluded.
Beginning on Monday, May 21st, students are not to bring bags or backpacks on campus unless it is smaller than an 8 x 11 sheet of paper. Students should have returned all textbooks by Friday, May 18th. Students that bring bags or backpacks onto campus May 21-24 will have them collected by Student Services and returned at end of the school day. We will have specific lunch period and no Power Hour during this Final Week.
Any students that wish to be a part of the West Port High School Ambassador program for 2018-19 need to complete the permission form and return it to Ms. Craig in 5-101. There will be a brief meeting on Wednesday, May 16th during the FIRST half of PH in 5-101. The training will be on July 30th and the Freshman Preview will be on July 31st. Ms. Barnes teaches reading and the Autism Spectrum Unit. She also started the Wolf Pack United Mentoring Program at West Port which pairs students with special needs with student mentors on campus.
Magnet Applications are closed for the 2018-19 School year. Acceptance/Denial Letters will be postmarked by March 9th. The deadline to submit your acceptance response is Friday, March 23, 2018. Responses cannot be accepted after this date.
The School Board of Marion County, FL is proud to announce the new Microsoft Office Pro Plus Program to students and staff. This program provides free access to Office 365 Pro Plus for students enrolled in our school district and staff (employees). Marion County Public Schools meets this requirement!
Students currently enrolled in our district, and staff, are eligible, and may download and install Office 365 ProPlus on up to 5 devices (PC, MAC). The School Board of Marion County, FL does not provide support for installing or troubleshooting software on personal devices or home computers.
