Dr. Chad Frazier - Area Superintendent
Dr. Chad Frazier serves as the Area Superintendent for Region Two in Marion County Public Schools, supporting the schools within the Forest High School, Belleview High School, and Lake Weir High School feeder patterns. In this role, he works closely with principals, teachers, and staff to ensure schools provide strong academic opportunities, safe environments, and positive experiences for every student.
Dr. Frazier has dedicated his career to public education and has served in a variety of roles including teacher, school administrator, and district leader. His work is grounded in the belief that strong schools are built through supportive leadership, meaningful relationships with families, and a shared commitment to helping every student succeed.
In addition to his work in Marion County, Dr. Frazier serves as President of the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA), where he collaborates with education leaders across the state to support school leadership and strengthen public education in Florida.
Dr. Frazier earned his Doctor of Education in Leadership and remains committed to continuous improvement in schools and classrooms. He values partnerships with families and the community and believes that when schools and families work together, students thrive.
