Summer School Information:
Here are basic Q&As and for easy reference, the latest listing of summer school programs is attached and is posted at www.marionschools.net.
The session 1 program runs from June 7 through June 24 from 8:30AM to 3:30PM and session 2 program runs from June 28 through July 15 from 8:30AM to 3:30PM.
We will be providing breakfast and lunch to all students, free of charge. We will also provide bus transportation for all students.
In order to participate in the summer program, and to receive transportation, parents and students must login to the Student Skyward account and fill out the online form. If you have any issues filling out this form, please contact your guidance counselor ASAP.
The form must be completed by this Friday, May 7th to ensure transportation.

Þ May my child attend summer school?
Yes, any MCPS student may attend summer school. A list of available programs by school site can be found at the bottom of the “Summer School” media release on our homepage (www.marionschools.net) or by clicking here.
Þ How can my child attend summer school?
Registration forms are available through, Skyward Student Portal, or by contacting your child’s school if you are unable to access those programs.
Þ How can my child attend summer school at another school?
You can register your child at a different school by requesting another school through the Skyward Summer Registration Form. You must provide your own transportation in this case.
Þ Is transportation provided?
Yes, transportation is provided to students attending their zoned school. If parents choose a different school, they must provide their own transportation.
Þ Are meals provided?
Yes, breakfast and lunch are provided for summer school programs.
Þ Are AfterSchool Programs available for my student?
Yes, some schools offer extended learning programs at no cost to the parent. The list of participating schools can be found on the website or by clicking here.
