Welcome/Call to Order:
Chair Matt Fabian called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
Committee Members:
Christopher Luetgert, Len Racioppi, Jim Walkup, Kyle Yancey, Wally Wagoner, Brandon Owen, Howard Gunn, Stephen O’Leary, Tom Pajevic, Matt Fabian, and Jayme Zublick
Old Business:
The committee had several questions from the prior meeting on May 6, 2025:
- Would like to get a summary of the ODP process/tax savings
- Who reports to the committee from Marion County Public Schools
- By serving on the committee, does that jeopardize bidding on projects
- Requesting documents/outline on the Request for Proposal (RFP)/ODP to have an overview of the process
