  I so enjoy keeping in touch with you and I applaud the commitment of the students and parents to staying active and healthy during this difficult time.  I don't know what the upcoming school year will look like but whatever comes we will face it together. I look forward to working with my tiger cub families in the future. Continue to stay safe, healthy, and active.

You should be physically active for 60 minutes each day. Remember, activity time doesn't have to happen all at once. You can add up your total activity throughout the day to equal 60 minutes!
