Welcome to fourth grade!  Your child will have two 4th grade teachers this year.  I will be teaching math and science.  Mrs. Hodul will be teaching language arts and social studies.  Team teaching is a teaching practice that allows us to work together in a way that will help us better meet the needs of ALL our students.

Combined we have been teaching at Sunrise Elementary School for over 20 years. We are very excited to teach your child this year.  Fourth grade is a very busy year, filled with lots of fun and learning.  Ms. Hodul and I will be working together to ensure that your child gets all the help and support they need in order to achieve academic success. Both of us believe that every student has different learning styles and needs.

It is very important to us to have constant contact with all our parents.  We value parent involvement at every level.   To ensure a strong partnership we need to be able to communicate on a regular basis.
