We are now into our second quarter and Mrs. Kelsey's All-Stars are Back in the Swing of Things. 

Here’s a list of just a few of the things our students are doing in kindergarten at Dr. N. H. Jones:

 *making friends    *listening to a variety of stories 

 *learning and using technology *designing projects with STEAM

 *learning and using numbers   *working in centers

 *hands-on science experiments     *writing in journals

 *creating works of art    *becoming an independent readers

My goal this year is to work extremely hard to establish our classroom as a happy, healthy, challenging, comforting, safe learning environment where students can achieve their personal best.

Marion County Public Schools may record online classroom sessions utilizing third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).  These recordings will only be used for educational purposes and may be shared on other learning platforms.  If you do not want your child’s image or identifying information recorded, utilize your device/platform controls to stop the camera feed from your device.
