My name is Captain Chin.  I joined the Marine Corps in 1978 and was enlisted until 1981.  When I graduated from University of Florida in 1983 I was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.  I received my Bachelor Degree in Math from UF and my Masters in Math Education at Old Dominion University.  I also have a Masters in Leadership Ed. from Saint Leo University.   After being Honorably discharged from the Corps in September 1994, I taught at Webster College and CF as an Adjunct professor.  In October 1994 I was hired at DHS.  I taught math and in 1996 I started the Young Marine Program.  In 2002, I became the Dean and the AFJROTC replaced the Young Marine program.  I started Dual Enrollment and Math for College readiness in 2017-2018 after returning from College Park Elementary School.
