Welcome to 2nd Grade!

I am very excited to be welcoming you to 2nd grade! I am new to the Shady Hill family this year, and can not wait to experience this very interesting year with you! I will be teaching our online course for the year, and will be learning right along with you!

Our online class will take place on Microsoft Teams. I will use Classroom Dojo as a main form of communication between myself and parents (as well as email and phone). We will also use Zoom for our face-to-face communication throughout the school day - access to the Zoom calls are sent through our Class Team daily. Our schedule will be the same as those who are attending school in person; we will work in short intervals and breaks are given several times throughout the day for students to step away from their screens.
