Welcome to 3rd Grade! This is my first year at Stanton-Weirsdale Elementary School and I am looking forward to being your child's third grade teacher! I have previously taught second and third grade in Marion County Public Schools. I am certified in Elementary Education through the American Board for Teacher Certification Excellence. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in Public Health Practice from the University of South Florida. Before transitioning into the field of teaching, I held various emergency management related positions with the States of Florida and New York. I enjoy traveling with my family, days at the beach, reading and playing with my two dogs, Brady and Scooby. 

I am looking forward to a successful year with your student! I mainly communicate with the Class Tag app and will be sending information home during the first week of school with your student so you may sign up, if interested.
