This will be my first year teaching and I am really looking forward to it. Even though this year will be full of challenges due to COVID-19, I truly believe my students will succeed like the true champions that they already are. This year will need to be a year full of patience and flexibility on my end and also the students. In my class, I expect all of my students to participate in all activities during class time with no cell phones during instructional time. If I see phones out, I will give a warning the first time and if it happens again, I will call parents. My personal goal is to have all of my students pass my class and I will do everything in my power to make that happen. If you do the classwork and pay attention, you will pass my class. Please if anyone needs help, contact me and we will set up a time to further discuss the problem. To all of my parents, please contact me also if you feel that your child is not understanding or keeping up with the material in class. It is my job to make sure your child passes and as I said before I will do everything in my power to do so. At the end of this course, there will be an EOC(End of Course) exam that each student will take, so it is very important for students to be on task in class to know exactly what is going on so that they can pass that test. If they do not pass that test, they will NOT graduate. Currently, I am working on a schedule as to when students can come to class early to get extra help, so please be on the lookout for that information.
