  • I hope everyone is doing well in this time of uncertainty. There is a lot that everyone is trying to figure out all together, but we can strive forward to better our learning even in these difficult times. I hope everyone is well and is ready to get back into their normal routine soon.

    Stay well!

  • Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well in these confusing times. As we move to our distance learning for this month, the easiest way to keep in contact with me (for both students and parents) is going to be through my school email address:

During this time as assignments are being posted, if you currently do not have access to a device for distance learning or if you do not have easy access to internet, please reach out to me so I can get all assignments put together into a packet for students that need it.

During this time I am planning on my office hours (times available for student questions) from 10-11am and 1-2pm.

Please expect any return emails or phone calls (if necessary) to occur during instructional time which is from 9:30am to 3:30pm.  Students are not discouraged from working on assignments outside of this time, but teachers might not be readily available to answer emails or phone calls. Emails and phone calls will be responded to within a 24 hour window during instructional time.

I hope everyone is well and stays safe in these times. Assignments will be posted on a weekly basis. Students have been invited to the google classroom through their student email addresses to access their specific classwork material

Ms. Danielle C. Blackmer

Hello there! I'm Ms. Blackmer, your student's 6th Grade Earth and Space Science Teacher. I'm super excited to be teaching your kids this year!

This is my very first year teaching as I just graduated from the University of North Florida in April of 2019 with a degree in Coastal Biology and a minor in Creative Writing. This year is certainly scary for sixth graders and I will do my best to make everything fun and exciting for them and myself as we get to work together this school year.

So long as classroom rules are followed and assignments are done on time and turned in, there will be no problems with me. I am only an email away if there are any questions or concerns for you or your child.

I look forward to having a wonderful year this school year! Go Bulls!

-Ms. Blackmer
