    2020.04.14:

    Happy Tuesday!

Students, when I was your age, my favorite book was (and still is): If Life Is a Bowl of Cherries, What am I Doing in the Pits? by Erma Bombeck.

    2020.04.01:

    A quick recap…

I cannot stress enough that YOU MUST CHECK MY TEACHER HOMEPAGE (VIA MY TEACHER WEBSITE) AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM DAILY!  There are/will be posted announcements for your benefit!!

How to check my teacher homepage:

    1. Go to MyMarionPortal
    2. Select ‘Schools’ on the upper right side of the page
    3. Select ‘Middle Schools’ using the arrow next to ‘Schools’
    4. Select ‘Liberty Middle School’ on the left side of the page
    5. Select ‘LMS Website’ on the right side of the page under Quick Links
    6. Go to Teacher Websites
    7. Go to my website (search for my name)
    8. Click on my teacher homepage (it is the first page)

BEFORE YOU BEGIN ANY ASSIGNMENT, YOU MUST CHECK BOTH MY TEACHER HOMEPAGE AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM.  THIS WILL SAVE TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED EITHER ON MY HOMEPAGE OR WITHIN THE GOOGLE CLASSROOM PLATFORM!!

I am working to ensure that most of your assignments are created within the Google Classroom platform. However, if your assignments have not been created within Google Classroom; just submit your work including your name, class period, and questions and answers (which you will probably have to copy and paste). You can submit your work within the Google Classroom platform

Note: You can only join your class period

    Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness
    That most frightens us.

    We ask ourselves
Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

    Your playing small
    Does not serve the world.
    There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine,
    As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.

    It's not just in some of us;
    It's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
    Our presence automatically liberates others.
