Good day students and parents! Welcome to the website of Ms. Eaton. I teach students with Autism in our ESE department. This year I will be teaching Math, Science, HOPE and Preparation for Adult Living. I can be reached by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Good afternoon! First I want to say hello and that I really miss everyone a whole lot! Second, this on-line learning is new to me, so I'm not real sure I'm typing this in the right place.
Since class doesn't officially begin until April 1, you won't have to begin until then. As you know, I teach Science, Math, and HOPE.
For those of you that have HOPE (PE) class, your assignment from now until the end of the school year will be to go to You Tube videos and exercise along with Joe Wicks. He is the nation's PE teacher with free daily kids' work outs and is a lot of fun. I think you will enjoy his lessons very much.
For math and science, I want you to go to Brain Pop and do at least two lessons for science and two for math. I believe Ms. Brown is going to set up an A/B day schedule just like if we were in school, but I don't have that information yet. In the meantime, if you would do my lessons at least every other day, that would be great. Remember that the Brain Pop sign in information is as follows:
Dear Students and parents,
By now you have heard about our shifting to distance learning through April 15th when we hope to return to campus. I am currently looking into different ways that we can do this. At present I am researching Zoom and Google Classroom.
I invite parent and student input regarding how we do this. I can be reached by my email in the greeting above or by the link on the page of this website listing teacher emails.
