This is my third year at NMHS! I grew up in the equine industry and have loved all aspects of agriculture since I was a child. My love of horses brought me to Clemson University where I earned my bachelor's in animal and veterinary sciences and concentrated in equine business. While at Clemson, I was actively involved at the Clemson Equine Center and was a member of the Clemson Equestrian Team. At Clemson, I fell in love with teaching and knew Agricultural Education was the place for me! Following Clemson, I then moved to Florida to earn my master's in agricultural education and communication from the Univerisity of Florida. I was so fortunate to be able to do my graduate internship here at NMHS during that time. I spent a year teaching in Georgia before returning to NMHS as the Ag Foundations and Ag Biotech Teacher and NMHS 9th grade FFA Chapter Advisor. I enjoy being a part of this amazing community and look forward to having a great school year! Go Colts!
