Support Facilitator - 1st and 5th Grade

I believe that all students have the ability to learn and should do so in an environment that encourages them to be expressive, have fun and allows them to learn at their own pace. My job as a teacher is to provide that warm and inviting environment that allows a child to open up and be themselves, as well as determine how a child best learns and use that information to help them reach their full potential.
