FINALLY 5th GRADE!!! For those of you that already know me, SURPRISE! I am so excited to have taught several of you these past few years (3rd, 4th, NOW 5th)...and for those of you that do not; Hello, my name is Mrs. White! Turning in Work
Microsoft Teams
I will be using Microsoft Teams throughout the school year. Microsoft Teams is a part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and is available on your child’s student portal. This is how your child will be turning in their classwork and homework. You can check your child’s assignments there and it will help you to keep track of what work they’ve finished. 😊 You can also download the program or app onto your devices if you would rather access it that way by clicking here. Your child can complete their work on paper if needed and then you can take a picture of it and attach it to their assignment before turning it in. All work must be sent digitally in order for it to be graded. Acrobat Adobe Reader with the 'Fill and Sign' option can also be used to have your child complete their work when the file is a PDF. I will be utilizing Microsoft Teams to hold parent conferences with you and to meet face-to-face with my students everyday throughout the school day if for whatever reason we can not attend in person.

You should have received a phone call regarding upcoming orientation information. Orientation will be on Friday, August 21st for students who chose face to face learning. This year's orientation will be staggered by student's last names
A-H 9-10am
I-P 11-12pm
Q-Z 1-2pm
Face coverings must be worn at all times. Limited amount if people will be allowed on campus so please only bring students enrolled at Legacy Elementary.
