• Welcome to Intensive Reading! This is an intensive reading class for 6th and 8th grade students. We use the Escalate curriculum series with great technology resources and printed support materials to make your students stronger readers and to bridge the gap to become more confident comprehenders.

  • Hi Everyone! I hope you all are doing well at this time and making the best of it! I know you weren't expecting this like us all and we will get through this together! This is where you will check in to view assignments and information regarding our class. The assignments will be posted in the "assignment" area. We will be using our portal often to access your textbooks and platforms. You are all familiar with using these platforms as we use them often in our classroom. You will also be using your online books now to complete any reading assignments. These are the same as the textbooks you would use in class. 

    I am always here to help. You can email, text, or call anytime. I will do my best to respond immediately. I know this is a transition for us all so please give me time to respond. Even if it is after 3:50, I will still respond if I am available. School hours are from 9:20-3:50. I will post my contact info below. I can't wait to see my old students as well as many new faces!
