WELCOME TO 7TH GRADE MATH!

Dear Parents,

    I am so happy to have your child in my Math class this year.  I want you to know that I will do everything that I can to help them succeed.  As you know, the more we practice anything, the better we become at it, this is particularly true with math.  With that said, I do give homework each night.  The homework should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.  The assignments can be completed online or from the Homework Helper Book.  Using the online version is preferable because there is a question help feature available to the students.  I know that HARD WORK + GREAT ATTITUDES = SUCCESS, and that's what I expect from my students.  I may be reached by email, phone, or by writing a note in your child's agenda planner.

Marion County Public Schools may record online classroom sessions utilizing third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.).  These recordings will only be used for educational purposes and may be shared on other learning platforms.  If you do not want your child’s image or identifying information recorded, utilize your device/platform controls to stop the camera feed from your device.
