Moving forward through the Distance Learning process, my office hours are 7:15 AM - 3:50 PM. Also, you can reach me by calling the school and the front office will direct you to my desk.

I will post weekly activities that are suggestions for home learning.  You know your child best, so please adjust as necessary. These activities are not meant to be stressful, but a tool for home.  Learning at home needs to be Fun.

Also, I shared YouTube videos that you can click on the link and have your child listen to and singalong with.  My favorite website is Story Line Online. Click on the link and there is a wide variety of books for you and your child to choose from.  All activities and videos are in the Assignment tab.

One of the most important things you can do at home is read each day with your child.  Spend time talking about the pictures in the story.  Ask your child to point or say the characters and ask where they are or what they are doing in the story.  Most importantly, enjoy reading together.  It is a wonderful time for your child to hear new vocabulary, spend time with you and feel the joy that books read aloud brings.  A fun follow-up activity is to get out crayons and draw about the story.
