  • Hi Students! It's your coaching team of Coach Landers and Coach Gaines here! Are you keeping fit? Well here you will find fun and engaging physical fitness activities to perform at home, which will help you stay in shape during this time at home. We want the best for you and we encourage all of our students to continue to do 150 minutes of exercise weekly or 30 minutes of exercise daily. Please see the state guidelines that we have provided below. 

    Grade Level Requirements:

    • Elementary: Section 1003.455, F.S., requires 150 minutes of physical education each week for students in grades K-5. A minimum of 30 consecutive minutes is required on any day that physical education instruction is provided.

    Please keep a PE Tracking log of all physical activity as it relates to Physical Education. You may use the Fitness Log found with your Activities, or record your activities on paper in a school notebook. Be sure to send your coach a simple email letting us know what activities you completed for the week. You may email all assignments to Coach Landers or Coach Gaines at your convenience weekly.
