I have been teaching in Marion County Public Schools since 2006.  I have taught kindergarten, first, and second grades, however, most of my carreer has been dedicated to Kindergarten. I feel that Kindergarten is the most important year in a student's career, as it is the foundation of the rest of their education.

I have two boys, Avien and Jaidyn.  Having my boys and going through the education system with them has given me the opportunity to view things from a parent’s perspective.  As a parent myself, I understand how easy it can be for you to worry about your children receiving the best education from the best teachers.  Most importantly, I understand the importance of having just the right teacher to ignite that spark in your child’s eyes so that they enjoy learning.  I look forward to being that teacher for your child this year.
