I am very excited to be your Agriculture teacher here at Lake Weir High School. Here on my website you will find information on classroom and distance learning assignments, FFA events, contests, and opportunity reminders.

It is my hope that students will learn about the FFA and see that it is so much more than plants and animals. While we value those topics, leadership and communication are valuable skills that will be developed in the program as well.

• FFA Events- ALL Events are currently postponed Florida FFA will be releasing the calandar at the end of the month! 
  • Forestry Competition- If you are interested in the Forestry Industry this contest is for you. We will start on google classroom and then move to in person practices. This contest covers general knowledge, dendrology, insects, disease, compass reading and timber cruising. The proposed competition date is November.
