This year's HOPE lessons/ assignments will be viewed in MicroSoft Teams which is located in the student's Office 365 ( Look for the  Microsoft Team Icon ).

All Tests & Quizzes will be completed in Skyward as well as other important information will be located (such as grades and missed assignments).

Welcome to HOPE Class (Health Opportunities in Physical Education) is a year long required course to graduate High School through the state of Florida. The purpose of this course is to develop and enhance healthy behaviors and influence lifestyle choices, student health and fitness. Students will combine the learning principles and background information in a classroom setting with physical application of that knowledge. Some specific health education topics in this course include, but are not limited to : Mental /Social health,  BRAZEN , Subtance abuse,Personal advocacy, Personal fitness and safety while evaluating and training for fitness.
