Family is important to me. This is my daughter, Kaitlin, at her UNF Nursing Graduation. She is an ER/ED  trauma nurse at Shands Hospital, and she is also working on her graduate degree (DNP) . I also have two rescue dogs, Armani and Tallulah, and a cat named Jerry. I started teaching in 1987, and I have taught in Florida, Texas, and The Netherlands. I have taught all levels of English, and this is my 11th year at Forest High School.
