Fifth generation Floridian, Mrs. Claytor hails from a family of teachers, with both of her siblings recently retired from teaching Social Studies in Marion County Public Schools.  A graduate of Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, Mrs. Claytor has taught at VHS since 1999.  Her current teaching assignments include Pre-IB World History, World History Honors, and World History.   Her passion for teaching outside the four walls of a classroom developed into her leading international educational student tours.  PS:  Parents are welcomed to travel with us!  There are currently FOUR tours open to students and parents/relatives.  LINKS TO TOURS on left under STUDENT AND PARENT TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES.  There is a winter break, "Winter Wonderland" tour this year, Dec. 19 - 23, 2020 to Old Quebec.  For info on that tour, go to www.explorica.com/Claytor-2020.
