    Welcome Back 2020-2021 7th Graders

Welcome back to another amazing school year! I am so glad to have all of you back at "the fort" whether you are doing MCPS Online or Brick and Mortar! You all matter! I am Ms. Pina and I am your 7th grade language art's teacher. We are going to have an awesome year filled with awesome lessons and the only way we can do that is to stay safe. On my syllabus there are guidelines that are outlined on what to expect with COVID-19 safety and safety in general. I will be putting up a video to introduce myself to all of you. Materials are always needed and especially since we cannot share this year, it is even more important that the students have their own materials.

         Materials ALL students will need:

      Pencils (A LOT)

      Pencil Sharpener(s)

      Ear Buds or Headphones

      Highlighters (4 Different Colors)

       Notebook

       Index Cards

       Duo-Tang Folder

       Colored Pencils

       Box of Tissue (Homeroom Only)

Any extra materials you could donate would be appreciated! Please remember that there is no sharing of materials between students.

MCPS ONLINE STUDENTS- To access my online class you will need to go to your Marion County portal and go to Office 365. After you put in your e-mail account from the school it will show you a bunch of icons. You will then hit the TEAMS icon. There will be a button that says Language Arts, click on that. Then there should be a meeting scheduled that you can click on our first meeting. Our first meeting will be Tuesday, August 25, 2020 on TEAMS at 12:15. We will meet every "B" day at this time. It will follow a rotation. You will take your lunch right after 4th period is complete and get back on the computer at 12:15 for language art's class.

    "A" DAY- Periods 1, 3, 5

    "B" DAY- Periods 2, 4, 6
