Log in to Microsoft teams and look for PE weekly assignments.

 Find the previously record lessons (10-15minutes) and  perform with adult supervision in a safe self-space. Space awareness is important when moving at home. After watching  the video lesson , play it again and follow the activities. Next, answer the questions, upload any files needed and click submit. Once you complete your form feel free to watch the video again during the week if you want, however at this point you finished your grade level weekly assignment. Continue moving in a safe way and complete you new assignments weekly.
