Welcome to Mrs. Harvey's Kindergarten Class!

We are looking forward to have an exciting year together although it will look somewhat diffterent than normal!  Students are required to wear a mask or face sheild any time they cannot be distanced 6 feet across.  Please practice wearing a facemask for an extended period of time to get used to it.  I am looking forward to working with your child and with you to make this year a success!  Our class rules are listed on the website along with behavior procedures for our class.  

Reading is very important.  Good readers are read to.  Please take the time to read one book to your child each night for homework.  Before long, they will be reading to you!  We have a Read 100 Book Challenge in our class.  Record each book you read in the back of their folder and I keep the log's and record the number of books each child reads at the end of the month. When they reach 100, they will recieve a reward.  I will send 5 books home each Monday and they need to be returned to school on Friday.
