Welcome to the EXCITING and FAST PACED world of Culinary Arts!
This is a 4 year program that builds on the previous years training. In Level 1, the student will be exposed to the fundamental elements of cooking, safety, creativity, food and plant identification and restaurant operations. The second level will primarily deal with hospitality operations and basic baking. Level 3 introduces the student to management function, multiple styles of table service with an opportunity to earn an international foodservice certification. And finally, the level 4 student will be a student leader in the program and be asked to utilize all the functions they have learned in the previous 3 years. These activities are all enriched by the opportunity to compete in SkillsUSA either the Skills or Leadership division.
