MISSION STATEMENT
The Department of Safe Schools' mission is to safeguard Marion County Public Schools by implementing strategic security measures, providing invaluable lines of cross-communication and support to our law enforcement community partners, while providing a safe learning environment through prevention, intervention, and emergency preparedness planning.
