PAY CYCLE SELECTIONS FOR THE 25-26 SCHOOL YEAR
22 PAYCHECK CYCLE
- 22 paychecks are issued on a biweekly basis (every other Friday). The first paycheck will be issued on August 29, 2025. Paychecks are equalized over the 22 checks and issued based on the pay schedule, but please note this cycle does not accumulate summer balance.
26 PAYCHECK CYCLE
- 26 paychecks are issued on a bi-weekly basis (every other Friday). The first paycheck will be issued on August 15, 2025. Paychecks are equalized over the 26 checks and issued based on the pay schedule, with a summer balance of four paychecks issued on June 19, 2026.
Attached, you will find examples of how Instructional salaries are distributed for a partial contract, whether it be due to a late hire date or a leave of absence.
