Marion Afterschool Programs accepts eligible students who are in Kindergarten thru 8th grade.

Parents must register their student for each school year and pay the non-refundable registration fee.

Due to year end procedures, contract approvals have been paused for the remainder of June. We will resume contract approvals July 6th for those schools that have availability.

MAP will not be accepting any payments during year end procedures.

MAP Operating Schedule

Available every day school is in session, including Early Release days.

Beginning in the 26/27 school year, Belleview Middle will offer an AM and PM program.

MAP Tuition and Program Schedules

$35.00 Registration Fee per Child

• To view MAP tuition and schedules for the 26/27 school year, refer to our Payment Policies 26-27.


• Students should have only one active contract at a time during each school year. They should not maintain more than one active contract across multiple accounts simultaneously.


• Students with a delinquent account will not be registered in Marion Afterschool Programs until the balance is paid in full, including emergency drop-ins.


• Contracts are approved in the order received.


• New contracts are reviewed and approved (if spots are available) on Monday and Tuesday of each week to start the following week school is in session.


• Registration fees are non-refundable.


• Registration fees are charged upon approval.


• If the provided payment method fails during the approval process, the contract will not be approved. The contract will remain in the pending status and the approver will move on to the next pending contract. Admin will not notify the parents of the failed payment method. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure funds are available during the approval process.


• After the second failed attempt at approving the pending contract, the contract will be removed. If the parent still needs a spot for Marion Afterschool Programs, he/she may submit a new contract.


• It is the parent's responsibility to remove a pending contract if a spot is no longer needed in MAP.


• Registration will be held online only.


• Contracts will be reviewed and approved the week of June 1^st through June 4^th


• Due to Year End Procedures, MAP will not be approving contracts between June 8^th and July 3^rd.


• MAP will resume approving contracts starting July 6^th for sites with availability.
