Madison Street Academy

Madison Street Academy of Visual and Performing Arts (Grades K through 5). All of the academic programs offered at MSA are compliant with Florida Sunshine State Standards. MSA's focus is on integrating arts and academics, and providing an integrated fine arts program that includes 2D & 3D Art, Chorus, Instrumental Strings, and Dance. Spanish and technology are also provided to ALL students.

MCCA

West Port High School is a part of Marion County Center for the Arts (MCCA). The MCCA Magnet Program began in 2001 and was designed to nurture artistically talented students from around the county in a variety of visual and performing arts experiences. WPHS has been identified by the Florida Department of Education in partnership with the Florida Alliance for Arts Education (FAAE) as offering exemplary Arts programs in any or all of the Arts discipline areas. The Florida Department of Education has recognized West Port High as a Florida Arts Model School (FAMS). 

West Port High's exemplary Arts program offers: 2D & 3D Art, Acting, Chorus, Dance, Digital Animation, Electronic Music, Guitar, Instrumental Music, Musical Theater, Orchestra (Strings), Photography, Piano/Electric Keyboard, Technical Theater, and Visual Ensemble.
