SUBMISSION DETAILS 
 

All applications for the Florida Seal of Fine Arts must be submitted to their fine arts area teacher during the application window. The application window for students graduating in May 2025 has closed. Students will be notified of their application status prior to graduation. If earned, they will receive the Fine Arts Seal to affix to their diploma upon graduation.


*It is the STUDENT’S responsibility to track their own process towards the Seal of Fine Arts and turn in completed documentation on time*

The first two documents are required for all students.  

The following documents are to be used based on additional requirements (minimum of two) chosen:

 Steps to Apply

1. Check with your Guidance Counselor that you meet the required completion of at least three (3) year-long courses in dance, music, theatre or visual arts with a grade of "A" or higher in each course, OR that you have earned three (3) sequential course credits in such courses with a grade of "A" or higher in each course. 

2. Print Form FA-1 above

3. Declare your art area (Dance, Music Theatre, Visual Arts) 

4. Choose at least TWO of the additional requirements on Form FA-1 to complete and gather the required evidence to submit with your application. 

5. Turn in to your fine arts area teacher for approval and signature.

6. Your fine arts area teacher will submit a PDF copy of the application materials to the district Fine Arts Coordinator for final approval.
