If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, you may be eligible for the Diabetes Education and Monitoring Program through Sanitas Medical Center, an exclusive benefit for Marion County Public Schools employees enrolled in the district health plan.
This program is designed to help you better manage your diabetes through personalized education, routine monitoring, and ongoing support (all at no cost for qualified members.)
