District personnel can access current bids and contracts through our SharePoint website.

The Marion County Public Schools Purchasing Department functions under the Florida Statutes, School Board Policy and Florida Administrative Code.

As a government agency we are expected to supply information to District staff on the proper procurement of goods and services that are needed in our schools and departments.  The Purchasing Department also issues Invitations to Bid (ITB) and Request for Proposals (RFP) as-needed using the online bidding platform VendorLink.  If you are a vendor interested in doing business with Marion County Public Schools you can find out more information regarding VendorLink HERE
