MAP at Fordham Early Learning Academy accepts students in PK3 (Three-year-old program), VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten program), Kindergarten, 1^stgrade, and 2^ndgrade. This program is specifically designed to serve the needs of families with young children.

Parents must register their student for each school year and pay the non-refundable registration fee.

The last day contracts will be approved for the 25/26 school year is May 11th, 2026, to start May 18th, 2026.

26/27 Pre-Registration Begins:

Morning Hours: 6:30 am - School Bell
Afternoon Hours: School Bell until 5:00 pm

OVERTIME CHARGES (LATE-PICK UP)
A late fee of $10.00 is charged for each 15 minutes after 5:00PM (School Clock Time)
• 5:00-5:15 = $10.00 per child
• 5:16-5:30 = $20.00 per child
• 5:31-5:45 = $30.00 per child

*5:46 = Abandoned Child Procedure Initiated
*Children who remain on site after 5:46 PM will be released to the custody of a law enforcement officer.

MAP Tuition and Program Schedules

$35.00 Registration Fee per Child

• Students should have only one active contract at a time during each school year. They should not maintain more then one active contract across multiple accounts simultaneously.


• Students with delinquent accounts will not be registered in Marion Afterschool Programs until the balance is paid in full, including emergency drop-ins.


• Contracts are approved in the order received.


• New contracts are reviewed and approved (if spots are available) on Mondays and Tuesday of each week to start the following week school is in session.


• Registration fees are non-refundable.


• Registration fees are charged upon approval.


• If the provided payment method fails during the approval process, the contract will not be approved.  The contract will remain in the pending status and the approver will move on to the next pending contract.  Admin will not notify the parents of the failed payment method.  It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure funds are available during the approval process.


• After the second failed attempt at approving the pending contract, the contract will be removed.  If the parent still needs a spot for Marion Afterschool Programs, he/she may submit a new contract.


• It is the parent's responsibility to remove a pending contract if a spot is no longer needed in MAP.


• Registration will be held online only.
