Home Education
Marion County's Home Education program complies with sections 1003.21 and 1002.41, Florida Statutes. It is sequentially progressive instruction directed by a parent or guardian. There is no prescribed curriculum.
To enroll in Home Education, you need to submit a Notice of Intent to Establish a Florida Home Education Program to the Home Education office.
