PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURRENT MCPS EDUCATORS AND CONTRACTED OR CHARTER EMPLOYEES
Current educators affiliated with a district cannot pay online for renewals, or additions of a bachelor-level subject area/endorsement. Available options of payment are payroll deduction using the Employment Services Division (ESD) payroll deduction form, or payment by credit card. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
After completion of the DOE online application, please complete the Payroll Deduction Authorization form. Your application will not be processed until this form is received in the ESD Certification Office. This form may be sent to the ESD Certification Office via mail courier.

During June or July, educators may pay certification fees to MCPS Certification only via check, credit card, cash, or money order.
