Transfer requests allow Marion Afterschool Programs (MAP) to move a student’s pending or active contract to the MAP site at the school where your student is (or will be) enrolled.
Please note: MAP is not notified by schools when students transfer to another Marion County Public School. It is the parent’s responsibility to notify MAP Administration to ensure we can accommodate your student at the correct site.
Transferring an Active Contract
- Families may submit a transfer request instead of requesting a new contract.
- This helps avoid paying an additional non-refundable registration fee.
- Transfers receive priority status as long as weekly tuition payments remain current and all payment policies are followed. Marion Afterschool Programs Payment Policies and Payment Schedule 2026/2027 SY
- If the requested site is full, your student will be placed at the top of the waiting list.
- Tuition charges will stop beginning the first Monday after MAP Administration places your student on the waiting list.
Example: If your student is placed on the waiting list on a Wednesday, tuition stops the following Monday.
Transferring a Pending Contract
- Families may submit a transfer request instead of requesting a new contract.
- Your student will remain on the waiting list at the new site with the original submission date and time of the contract.
To Submit a Transfer Request:
- Complete the Transfer Request Form for each student by clicking the “Transfer Request” button at the bottom of this page.
- MAP Administration will email the account owner to verify the request.
- Once verified, the transfer will be processed once space is available.
NOTE: Transfer requests can take up to one to two business days after verification has been received.
- FORDHAM PARENTS: MAP does not accept Pre-K or VPK students at any school other than Fordham. If your Pre-K or VPK student is transferring to another school, please log into your Eleyo account and request a contract withdrawal. Transfer requests for Fordham Pre-K or VPK students will not be processed.
- All communication from MAP Administration and/or Eleyo regarding contracts and accounts will be sent via email. Please check the inbox linked to your Eleyo account regularly to avoid missing important updates.
