Qualified teachers who join one of the participating Marion County Public Schools elementary campuses may be eligible for a monetary bonus based on their 3‑year aggregate State VAM rating.
Bonus amounts
- Up to $7,500 if you have an “Effective” 3‑year aggregate State VAM.
- Up to $15,000 if you have a “Highly Effective” 3‑year aggregate State VAM.

How to apply
Submit your application to Marion County Public Schools and indicate that you are interested in the VAM Bonus Opportunity. The district will review your State VAM record and hiring status to determine eligibility. If you have questions about the rules or your VAM data, contact the staff listed below.
