• Stepping Stone Program

We are launching the NEW Stepping Stone Program at Fordham Early Learning Academy to serve the youngest learners in our community. We invite children from birth to preschool age with their parent(s) or caregivers (s) to join us weekly as we kick off this exciting new program.

This six-week thematic-based program will include literacy, art, music, and movement activities. A new resiliency skill, such as perseverance, gratitude, responsibility, problem-solving, self-awareness, and citizenship, will be introduced to students and their families each week. Each session will include a parent education component, using experts from the community. Fun, healthy snacks will be served, and children will receive a free book each session to help build their home library.

We have partnered with the Public Education Foundation of Marion County, The Fitness and Nutrition in School Program (FANS), and the Early Learning Coalition of Marion County (ELC) to make this a fun, interactive, and educational experience for young learners.

Do you know a family with children from birth to preschool age who would be interested in participating in a safe, fun, and educational learning group? Please invite them to Fordham Early Learning Academy at 4000 W. Anthony Road. Our first six-week group begins on March 22-April 26, 2024, on Fridays at 9:00am. The theme is all about spring!
