Donations made to the district:

• If value is over $500 and under $1,000, submitted by school/department to Superintendent's office for approval
• If value is over $1,000, submitted by school/department and requires Board approval

Donations made by the district:

• Surplus property may be offered to other governmental units or to private nonprofit agencies as defined in s.273.01(3)
• Board approval is required
