CAMBRIDGE ADVANCED INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE OF EDUCATION (AICE)

  • The Cambridge Advanced International Certificate of Education (AICE) Diploma is an international program that focuses on both a broad and balanced study. Students have the opportunity to study advanced coursework and master a broader range of skills necessary for success in college and employment. The Florida Legislature has identified AICE as a diploma option and acceleration mechanism through which students can be awarded up to 45 hours of college credit at all public universities and colleges in Florida. Students who complete the AICE diploma requirements and the required community service hours will earn the Florida Academic Scholars Scholarship through the Bright Futures program.

There are over 50 Cambridge International AS and A Level subjects to choose from across four subject groups:

    • Group 1: Mathematics and Sciences
    • Group 2: Languages
    • Group 3: Arts and Humanities
    • Group 4: Interdisciplinary subjects (optional)

The AICE Diploma pathway is offered at both Belleview High School and North Marion High School.
