Ms. Michelle Sapp

Department: English, AP Capstone

Classes Taught: English 3 Honors, AP Seminar, AP Research, AP Lang and hopefully, AP European History

Biography: I’m Ms. Sapp. I graduated from the University of Florida with Bachelor’s degrees in English and History.  Basically, I can discuss intelligently the different literary movements and what historical events led to them.  I didn’t set out to be a teacher, but when I first stood up in front of a class, I felt I had found what I was supposed to be doing, so I stuck with it and have enjoyed just about every moment. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and am looking forward to putting that to good use to benefit my students and Forest High School.

Hobbies and Interests : I’m a movie buff, with eclectic musical tastes.  I am learning to play the flute.  I like to call myself an amateur photographer, though I rarely get to go out and do that anymore. And I read just about anything I can get my eyeballs across. Occupational hazard of being an English teacher, I guess.  J
