IMPORTANT TEACHER NOTE:
As we roll into curriculum classroom work, it is vitally important to begin to gauge whether or not online learning is going to work as the preferred format for you to learn. For the greater good of those who are tech-savvy, we need to begin to move on to regular work. If you find that you are unable to, after watching these tutorial videos, properly perform the expectations of uploading your work, OR if you are having issues keeping up due to the technology. You need to discuss this with your parents. Classes starting next week will begin the learning process and therefore we cannot be prohibited from following our curriculum workload due to technology-related lapses. I, and other staff members will gladly talk with you regarding a return to traditional schooling if you feel that you are not able to keep up with the online format. My goal is to educate you and prepare you to be the great student I know each and every one of you can be. Therefore, you must know that we are rolling ahead starting August 31, 2020 with standard work. It is the expectation that the work is to be performed online (no printing and scanning/emailing). If you feel you are not able to adhere to Mr. Kasper's classroom expectations regarding this, please let me know. All students are to adhere to this rule and that expectation will not change. You should review these videos below to learn how to upload your work.
Here are some very beneficial videos that will tell you how I want the work to be edited and uploaded. It is my expectation that each and every one of you will watch this video to empower yourself to be able to follow the method to get the work into Google Classroom.
These videos show you how to edit the PDF (files that need answers typed on them) in a program called DocHub.
DOCHUB is the only program that will work to do it. Google Docs does not edit PDFs. Do not share direct links via DOCHUB.
IF AFTER WATCHING THESE VIDEOS YOU ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES UNDERSTANDING THE WAY TO EDIT PDF FILES IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM/DOCHUB HERE IS A PAGE BY PAGE TUTORIAL OF THE FIRST VIDEO.
