Our Parent Service Desk Helpline can answer questions, help you get started, give you advice and help you better understand the tools being used.

The Parent Service Desk Help Line will not be able to assist users with passwords. If you need help with passwords your student's school can help. If you are having issues with your internet connection contact your internet service provider.
