I look forward to having you in class this year, even at a distance. 

This year, MCPSonline teachers will utilize Microsoft Teams to facilitate instruction. 

As of now, my 5th period Pre-IB English 1 class will be taught online using the Teams app. Day 1 for 5th period is Monday, August 24 at 1:47 p.m.

To join our first class, you will need to login to your school email. 

You will find an email from my Teams Class (5 - Pre-IB English 1) that looks like a calendar invite with the subject

"1st Day of Class."

Within this email, you will find a link to join our Team during our first scheduled class session (8/24 at 1:47 p.m.).

You will click "Click here to join the meeting."

Make sure your camera and microphone are working to join the class. During our first class, I will explain how to access assignments, links, content, etc. in Teams.
