Early College Biology Course Information
This is a general biology course for science majors. The primary goal of this course is to provide a proper foundation of knowledge in biology to prepare students for advanced biology or science courses. The fundamental concepts covered in this course include the scientific method and reasoning, chemical composition and processes vital to all living things, cell structure and function, cellular energy and photosynthesis, cellular reproduction, genetics and inheritance, the mechanisms and processes of natural selection, and adaptation and evolution of life on Earth.
All Early College students will need to use Canvas on the CF portal for access to assignments and quizzes.
